1 star for repeated unprofessional treatment of delivery drivers at the Burger King on 601 Rockford Street in Mount Airy. This is my second complaint about the same manager, Paula. I understand stores can verify orders, but the issue is the way it’s handled. On multiple visits, she refuses to release orders unless I physically go back outside and bring my phone in — even when I provide the customer name and order number. Even when shown the phone, she often doesn’t look at it. It feels unnecessary and confrontational. I have also personally witnessed her treat other Dashers the same way. The biggest issue is refusing to double-check items when customers specifically request it. Drivers are not allowed to open sealed bags. The wrap was wet. Like dripping honey mustard. My daughter wouldn't even eat it. I'm disappointed because this is only the 3rd time I've ever eaten here and may not again

Great for a quick stop if you want a good, messy, burger! I for one, went in with the family to eat. Pleasant atmosphere if you want to dine in.

Nasty restaurant nasty food and nasty employees as well as management needs to be closed due to price gouging

The drive thru attendant seemed a little slow to get our order correct, in turn it cost 30.58 ..... SMH I'll still go back 😊 yumyum
