Burger King

I ordered 1 Whopper. The lady making it did a wonderful job. I saw the care and detailed attention she was giving it. She placed it in the pick-up tray where it sat for several minutes, right in front of me. The lady behind the counter was too busy fussing with her 4" long finger nails. When she gave me and another customer our sandwiches, I received a double patty burger with bacon; with none of the vegetables I desired. I took a bite and quickly realized the situation. I didn't want to waste food or to wait even longer, so I ate what was g8ven to me.

Slowest service ever. The ironically this is supposed to be fast food. It took more than 45 mins to prepare the food for us. The staff could be working at the DMV. They literally move as slow as the sloth from Zootopia! DO NOT ORDER from here!

Burger King still stands out when it comes to food. We were very pleased with our breakfast. It was delicious. The customer service was great, service was fast and the atmosphere wasn’t noisy.

This was hands down one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. I waited 32 minutes for a TWO-BURGER order — at Burger King. That alone is ridiculous. It wasn’t even busy, yet somehow a simple order turned into a half-hour ordeal. To make it worse, the employees were rude from start to finish, with nonstop attitude as if customers were an inconvenience. When I finally received my food, items were missing. When I politely went back and showed my receipt proving it was THEIR mistake, I was met with even more attitude, eye-rolling, and zero accountability. On top of that, the cleanliness was disturbing.
