Burger King

I decided to get lunch for my nephew at Burger King since they had been advertising the Bikini Bottom Bundle. I was highly dissatisfied when I received my order and it did not appear the way they had been advertising it online and on TV. Everything was packaged in a brown paper bag and the drink wasn't even in the correct cup. Not a single item was in a promotional package. I asked why I didn't receive my order in the SpongeBob house box and the worker said they don't do it even though I saw they had a stack of boxes on the shelf behind them. I'm very disappointed with my visit considering it is not a CHEAP order and my nephew was even more disappointed. Photos below are a side by side comparison of the order I received and the order that is advertised on the burger king website.

The morning crew that works at this location that worked November 18th around 10:50am pacific didn’t want to do their job and told me a promo that was running wasn’t available when it’s available at their other locations. So was very disappointed and don’t understand. It’s sad people who want jobs can’t get employment because individuals such as who worked that morning didn’t want to fulfill their obligations they agreed to.

Food is fine. I love the original chicken sandwich, which I hope they never change. I'll get a Whopper if I'm feeling like having a burger, but I'm not a huge fan of their fries. But I appreciate that they have Coke products, and I don't hate the chicken fries. This location is kind of hit and miss. The staff are friendly, but they can take a long time. And it's hard to hear at the drive thru because they're so close to the freeway. But that freeway proximity can be a positive, when you're looking for a convenient stop.

We decided to go to this place because it's been 2-3 years since the last time we went here and... it's not worth it. We ordered the new Melt (I ate it without the 1000 island dressing). The French fries were almost inedible because it had too much salt and we explained it to the manager and we got another one (it's good!). Maybe we will stay away from this place for a while.

Don't forget to sign up for the App to get your points or exclusive offers Also, they accept EBT over here, and if you dine inside your children can receive a kids ice cream cone!!!
