Burger King

They always have this place running smoothly. I pick up orders here all of the time. They are always ready to go. The staff is attentive and they don't ignore you. They say hello right away. I always see people sweeping and mopping, trying to keep it clean. The building is a bit run down, wouldn't hurt for the owners to update a bit.... but all in all it's run well.

place is pretty clean. unlike some other BK's that give me the skeeves. i mean, i know just about 99% of fastfood restaurants are not stellar, but i've yet to get nauseas eating here. i'm a fan of the impossible burger. and they usually have it done by the time i get to the window, whereas when i order the regular veggie burger, i 100% of the time am asked to pull up and wait. i hate doing that but i don't argue with people who are handling my food. it's right off I-91, and on washington ave, which is a main road in north haven. pretty busy at lunch time but moves quickly. i don't like the new cookies. they are too much like an imitation of mcdonalds cookies, only not as good, never warm...if you're going to copy someone, do it right or do it better. when they had the spudnick (s

Food is fresh. Clean facility. Service is quick. Plenty of parking. Plenty of inside seating.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Burger King. First off, the service was extremely slow. I waited over 20 minutes for my order, even though I was the only one there. And by the time I finally got my food, the burger was lukewarm and the fries were soggy and tasteless. To make things worse I never got the chicken nuggets I ordered. The staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in providing a decent customer experience considering the fact they were high school students. One of the staffs was on their phone the whole time & didn't even bother to assist the other staff in helping prepare my order. This location clearly needs better management and more attention to quality control. I won’t be coming back anytime soon I wish I could give this location zero stars!!!!!!!!!!

The sandwiches have stayed true for many years and I appreciate that! Very nice service.
