I had a very disappointing experience at this Burger King location in the Orlando, FL airport. The service was honestly some of the worst I’ve experienced. The employees were extremely rude and acted like helping customers was a burden. When ordering from the kiosk, they do not automatically give you a drink cup. You have to walk up to the counter and ask for it, and when I did that the employees rolled their eyes and acted clearly annoyed that I was even asking. There was no “hello,” no “thank you,” and no basic acknowledgment that they even heard what you were saying. Several times customers would speak to them and they would not respond or even look up, which made it very awkward because people were left standing there wondering if anyone was going to help them. The only good thing about this was the location in the airport. The service was ridiculously slow. I spent 35 minutes in line, only to wait another 25 minutes for them to make my order. I had to ask them to check for my order, and it had not been made. One of the workers in the front had to assist the cooks and make my food. The burger looked good at first glance. But, once I began eating it, I noticed it became more raw as I neared the center. Gross! I did not finish it for fear of getting salmonella. I did not have the time to ask for a refund. I may have missed my flight, as many other customers feared, and exited the line before ordering, after being in line for over 20 minutes. This location needs to be overhauled. One of the few options for cheap food between flights here. They are always packed and it takes awhile to get your food, though. This is exacerbated by employees who are overworked and some who dont care at all and move very slow. Often, the food is all prepared quickly by the cooks, and the sandwhiches piled up on the racks, but the baggers just dont care at all, and are putting the orders together as slow as humanly possible. Sometimes seeming to be moving in slow motion. The location badly needs a line manager who cares. Be prepared for process of going through the line to getting your food to take a half hour to an hour. Food is usually decent quality, though

I ordered my food they didn’t have 95% of the menu the workers are super slow and rude like all of them! Then we’re all waiting for food over 6 orders weren’t fulfilled and they were still creating more… then the lady serving the orders started asking everyone for their receipts because she didn’t know what she was supposed to fulfill. She then starts filling orders and starts just handing food to anyone and doesn’t know who she grabbed the receipt from. There was no ice in the soda machine and the soda itself taste like sewer water and to top it off it’s super expensive!!! Do not buy from here!!!

A TERRIBLE experience, 11:15am , after waiting 25 minutes in line I reached the most rude, slow, unprofessional, female employee. With a "no care in the world" attitude and no sense of urgency she took my order. I ordered 2 whopper meals, 1 with no onions and she proceeds to tell me that the onions are already on the burger that I can take them off myself before I eat it.. She would take an order and then walk away from the register for a few minutes and then return and take the next order. There is an acrylic box next to the register that says employee tips... She had the nerve to stop taking orders and figure out how to open the locked box and dump the money out into a brown paper bag.. Never apologizes, no smile and she continues to see the line is getting longer and longer. And those w
