Burger King

I love burger king and eat it frequently. However beware of the Parrish Ave store anytime after 3pm(or whenever top management leaves). Because you will get poor quality food and half of the time service to match. Not always and not every employee there, but more times than not. I never have these issues with the other 2 locations. So I'll just stick to going to those locations in the future.

Food service and quality sucks in owensboro, especially when speaking about fast food. Out of all the restaurants in town, fast or fancy, this burger king is top 5. They are consistent, nice and up beat, and our food is always hot. Call it the right time with the right employees if you want but we've gone at all hours and they still have the best place to eat.

Rude and horrible service! They get my order wrong, 9 times out of 10. I went through drive thru today and the lady was rude and had to explain what I wanted , then when I got my food it was wrong. So I went back to drive thru and tried to explain it to them and that lady was very rude and basically told me they can’t make what I was trying to get and I get it all the time. Then she rudely demanded the order back and snatched the bag out of my hands. When I got my order again it still was wrong. I just said screw it, they will never get it right. Oh well m cats enjoyed it at least. Will not be back. I mean how hard is it. It’s a croissant with HAM, BACON and CHEESE! First time they had egg and sausage, the second time had egg. I don’t understand where the difficulty comes in at!

My roommate Jessica orders me some Burger King on her Doordash. When the food was delivered it was not properly placed in the door dash bag which would have saved the driver from spilling my drink , which he did, also my whopper was dry and cold, fries were cold. So I call the store letting them know what had occurred. 1st the manger didn't want say his name, got rude and said the driver shouldn't be so clumsy that they just pass out the food like that all the time to Dashers. Then he finally gave me his name Johnston. I let him know that I also work there and he said so he been working there longer than me. Mind you he child up under me which I find his remarks very disrespectful and rude. So I told him I was reporting everything and hung up.

I came thru drive thru tonight and order 2 whopper patties...these people charged me for a double whopper...I paid almost $8 for two hamburger patties... Wow... Do better BK... Consistency in your employees knowing the POS system is a must... Because I paid way less for this same thing... Im 😡😡😡😠
