Burger King

My husband and I had an amazing experience at the Burger King drive-thru last night! Sergio provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Not only was our order fast and accurate, but Sergio also took the time to help us with the Burger King app on our phone. He was patient and made sure we understood everything, which we really appreciated. That level of care and attention is rare these days! Thank you, Sergio, for making our visit such a great one. 5-star service all the way! We’ll definitely be back!

Horrible services nasty food wrong order long line no apology for doing things wrong bacon has so much oil and tasty nasty they need to close this Burger King or have a better management.

No body greeted me. It was like a library. The only person that was professional was a gentlemen that worked there. The younger woman don’t have great customer service skills, no greeting at all. I was asking if I could get a picture of the receipt bcz I was doing door dash and she said the receipt was in the bag, I told her I’m not allowed to open the bag and she said that she never had to show the receipt before the young gentleman dug the receipt out of the trash and let me take a picture of it. So why couldn’t that young lady do the same, since she’s the one that handed me the order? I really wish I had names to share. I don’t have a date or time. I will look the next time I have a pick up there. But it was definitely early evening. Sometime after 3:00pm.

I swear this Burger King is the ultimate gamble. Morning crew? Absolute angels. Sweet, polite, actually get your order right. Night crew? Oh, completely different vibe. It’s like they clock in specifically to be annoyed that customers exist. Went tonight and, shocker, I got home to find my order was wrong. Again. So I tried calling because, you know, that’s what normal businesses let you do and surprise, no one answers. Must be nice to run a drive-thru where customer service is optional. If you’re thinking of going after 12, don’t. Unless you enjoy wasting your money and playing “What Did They Mess Up This Time?”

Calling corporate as soon as they open! Night shift manager was rude when I called to complain! Hung up in my face and stopped answering the phone. A whole dead pincher bug in my food. Just came from a long trip me and kids were hungry and we decided to come here. Spent $40 on this nasty ish!!! Do not go to this one. I’m gonna make sure I hire legal team for this.Unprofessional! Manager said it was impossible for a bug to be in my food. Instead of apologizing and trying to make it right he hung up on me. To corporate I go!!
