Customer Reviews
The customer service at this location is the BEST customer service I have experienced. I go through the drive thru multiple times a week for breakfast before work. Everyone is always kind, quick, considerate and goes above to ask if I need anything else. Genuinely also makes me happy to go thru.
Just like most other fast food now days. Terrible customer service, mediocre food, wait 14 minutes for them to answer speaker for car n front of us then have to make three of us park and wait again. Terrible customer service and no way ne cares.
So ever the guy was that just took our order deserves a raise. Best Customer service I've had in a while.
Customer service at the window, by the young woman. So absolutely rude, the speaker was going in and out, and you could barely understand her, she talked to me like I was stupid. The two young men at the windows were very nice and professional.
I can't recall the last time I ate at BK, so I stopped in for breakfast this morning. I think Tracy took my order she was very pleasant. I waited 5+ minutes at the pick up window. I have not problem waiting if my food is going to hot and fresh however that wasn't the case. The 2 stars are for 🌞Tracy🌞
