Burger King

Unsure what the issue is with this burger king and or management. They have one person running both the main board and the spec board. There are two random employees bouncing between doing nothing and taking orders. No one is sent back to the back to help the hold up which is one person making the food. They have 6 people at work right now. The line in the drive through is long and cureent 7 people inside waiting on their food. At this moment I am at 15 minutes waiting, the tags are lined up waiting on the food to be made. Worked burgerking for 5 years and if we ever let the store to run like this the whole team would be let go. The lady in back is working as best she can, zero help. Just got a refund.

Well it's become quite the ghost town but there's still in service and the foods the same as always . I had a negative experience because after going through the drive-thru and running into use the restroom they had irresponsibly left the floors so wet after mopping that I took one step outside the bathroom and fell on my back no apologies from the employee and didn't even ask if I was hurt. They're lucky I wasn't.

This store puts a creative new twist on fast food. The twist is that there’s nothing remotely fast about it. I have never made it through this drive through in less than 15 minutes. This time I waited 10 minutes for the car in front of me before making it to the window, waited 5 minutes and was asked to pull around because they didn’t have fries ready. Incredibly, the car that had been in front of me was also waiting out front. 25 minutes from placing my order to receiving my two kids meals and endless apologies. Whoever is managing this store needs to be fired because every single time I’ve come here I’ve gotten the excuse that they’re slow because they’re short staffed.

I have a mild allergy to fish (itchy skin) and I ordered the crispy bacon sandwich. I was given a fish sandwich and I didn’t notice till after i bit into it. :(

There’s literally a quarter of a piece of chicken in my wrap and even after having to wait 5 minutes to get fries they only ended up giving us 1 portion instead of 1 large and 1 medium. The staff were lovely and clearly working understaffed but still it would be nice to get what you paid for.
