I would 100% give this place 0 stars if I could! Everything that was ordered today was not only made incorrectly, it visually looked unappetizing and disgusting! The bread was hard, lettuce brown and it was made so far in advance the wrapper was soggy and just ripped by holding it in my hand. The workers were very slow and rude! All while the manager was just standing there watching everyone else do the work while there was a drive thru line wrapping around. I do not recommend this place at ALL!!!

While the customer service was unexpectedly wonderful, my burger came with a soggy, wet, pungent smelling bun! The flavor of the burger was completely lost in this strange oily fish grease taste. One bite was enough to turn my stomach. The quality of our once loved fast food restaurant is plummeting quickly. I spent almost $13 on a meal that is now making me feel sick!

Strong chance your food was microwaved, bread has a very distinct texture and taste when microwaved. Check your bag before leaving (like all "fast" food these days). Workers are nice at least.

I ordered a MOCHA Iced coffee. The advertisement showed a dark chocolate colored coffee. I received a paper white "coffee". I politely asked if she could remake it. She rudely said no. She condescendingly suggested i could get "more milk added ir more mocha added". I asked "could I get more coffee added..." she finally dumped half out and filled it with "coffee". Its still off white and taste like solely milk and water. There's no coffee or mocha flavor at all. The photo posted is AFTER it was remade.

The food was closer to 3.5⭐️ because it was fresh and the one special sandwich was made correctly. The drink machine in lobby used too much carbonated water on all the drinks we chose. Service and atmosphere were docked heavily because the entire crew was shouting at each other. There were disagreements about who should do what. There were also a few comments along the lines of not liking their jobs, working too hard for not an equivalent amount of pay, and management not being "fair". They also didn't listen when crew suggested extra staff might be needed that afternoon because there was a sporting event at the high school across the street. The lobby and restrooms were clean, that's another point in their favor. We were there on a Saturday afternoon, and will be back.
