Burger King

The fries tasted terrible. Serious problems going on in this place. People not showing up. Fryer oil not being changed. Employees that were there were trying their best. Management needs to get it together.

This Burger King is one of the better fast food restaurants in Redding, the manager is take extra care to ensure the customers were satisfied, and the staff supports them. The rating would be five stars, as the service is genuinely impeccable however, you will see from the pictures that this is a franchise restaurant. At the time of this post it's 9:00 p.m. on Sunday night, you can also see from the pictures that that lobby hours are stated as open until 10:00 p.m. two staff members are outside smoking a cigarette approach and ask if the lobbies open, they say no and go inside, and yes I check on the lobby is closed even though the hours say 10pm. This often happens when they're (any franchise restaurant)they are short-staffed or if get a word from the FRANCHISE OWNER that they're not doi

You know I haven't been here in a long time like years. The last time I was here.There was hardly anything on the shelves , and everything was dusty and dirty. This morning, when I walked in.I was so surprised and very pleasantly so. Been coming here for many years for lunch. Recently there has been a new day shift manager. Food has gone terribly down hill since she took over. Last time I was in I watched her making food and with the same gloves on I witnessed her pick something off the floor and throw it away, wipe her face and nose, belly hanging on the food counter and using her belly as a rest for the buns on her shirt , and more all while making food and never changing gloves. I will not be going back till new people are working. Or at least till she is gone. Totally disgusting and disrespectful
