Burger King

Worst experience I think we have ever had at a fast food restaurant. The food was COLD my burger was cold and had a ridiculous amount of mayo and ketchup, husbands chicken sandwich was cold all the fries were awful cold and tasted like cardboard, kids chicken nuggets were fine, they also forgot straws for 5 drinks, they weren’t busy in the slightest so there is no excuse for any of this. But the absolute worst of it was the service, the guy at the window with his nails done didn’t tell us total (luckily we listened when we ordered) he didn’t say hello goodbye nothing , he didn’t say a word to us just handed us everything with a side of attitude in his body language. This place it is the slowest place I’ve ever been inside and it’s supposed to be fast food, and sometimes the people are super rude. But my biggest complaint is how slow they are. You can sit at the drive-through to order and nobody ever comes and ask you can I take your order same on the inside. Love me some Burger King, but I rarely go there anymore because it’s so slow with a ton of workers inside!!

instead rebuilding the place they should have replace the sorry employees. hollering and cussing only for my kid to have to hear it and the fact that i had to remind them 4 time about apple pies we never received DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY

Idk who is working that window but they need to have better customer service skills. I wasn’t done ordering and she wants to give me my total and when i say I am not done i get the biggest sigh from her. If you don’t like your job then find another one. Average food and disrespectful workers. BK I hope you do better but I won’t stick around to find out.

Slowest Burger King ever and probably the slowest drive thru in all of roxboro. By the time you get your food it’s already cold and no one even bothers to apologize or move with some urgency. Don’t even bother coming here unless you want to spend 25 mins of your life that you don’t want back.
