Burger King

I went through the drive-thru and had a very disappointing experience. The person taking orders was rude and kept rushing me to order quickly, which made the interaction stressful. On top of that, when I got my food, it was completely different from what I had ordered. It’s frustrating to deal with poor customer service, especially when you're paying for something. If someone has a bad attitude and can’t treat customers with basic respect, they shouldn't be working in a customer-facing role. Maybe they’d be better off working somewhere they don’t have to interact with people like on a farm, where they can talk to animals however they want.

Popped in for a quick late night snack before Burger King closed, the people working this night were on point! Everything came out hot, delicious, and exactly what I ordered! The woman work in the drive-through in the god’s got me sweatshirt was an absolute sweetheart, and very pleasant to speak with!

Holy crap. Let me start off by saying the drive through was a little slow. I sat at the window for a few minutes before anyone even asked for my order. BUT the burger was really good. Probably one of the best whoppers I’ve had In years! It just tasted fresh and well made. I was honestly shocked in a good way 😂

They paid attention to the drive thru, not the people in the store. Stood there 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me even though the mgr was staring right at me! Burgers were cold because the mgr chose to give my non salted fries to someone in drive thru which left us waiting till the next batch came up. Never going back to this store. McDonald's is too close. At least I'm expecting cold food from them.

Do not eat here!!!! This place has terrible customer service, the little round white manager blatantly called me a liar right in front of everybody just because I made the statement I've been here 8 minutes and yet to be greeted. From here on out she made a scene the whole time I had to wait what it felt like an hour technically I think it was 20 to 30 minutes. Foods okay customer services is terrible employees are rude!
