Burger King

I went to the drive thru to order mozzarella sticks and the lady did not speak much English. I asked her how many sticks were in the bag and she kept saying “ok, is that all?” I wasn’t sure which one she gave me. 4, 8, or 12 piece. Then she said, “thank you please pull around” At the window, she said 8piece mozzarella and charged me. That is the one I wanted, but i don’t understand why she wasn’t confirming that for me over the order speaker??? I’m not racist at all and don’t have a problem with other speaking people, but it seems strange that you would put someone who might slow down your drive thru taking orders. Maybe someone called off? I’m not sure. At one point, she made me sit on the line after I asked the first time and I thought she might be going to ask someone who speaks English

terrible customer service, i stood in the lobby waiting to order my food no one communicated and told me one moment or even made eye contact it’s like i didn’t exist. very bad work ethic they seem like they all had attitudes when i went in it was 3 men working it was march 6,2026 @5:40pm! i’m highly upset and disappointed i give this restaurant 0/10 i wouldn’t even step foot back in there to eat not a fry!

I used to go almost every Thursday after work because it's the most convenient. Service is always so slow, even if there isn't anyone else in line. They are often out of things, I do come later in the day so I guess I can give a pass for that. Staff friendly-ness is so-so. Except for when ivonne is working, she's great.

I just had one of the best Whopper combos ever! Food was so fresh, juicy and tasty that I'm greatly impressed. It's a Sunday night and this meal made my night. The cashier was super nice and polite. This will definitely be my BK.

Burger King at this location is the best Berger King I’ve eaten at. The food was hot and fresh. I like the customer service. The young man politely took back my fries which I can’t consumer salt. He exchanged them with a smile. You Rock Burger King!
