Awful service from these two workers. Will NEVER come here again. If I have to eat popeyes mcdonalds or checkers so be it but from now on until these two are hired im not coming back. 0 professionalism 0 customer service 0 everything. I used to be a long time customer until these two showed their attitude towards me. Never again. Food was also terrible

Ate my points, refused to take manual entry and said i needed to pay a dollar extra for REWARDS i EARNED AND REDEEMED. if i can give 0 stars i would. Whoever got my whopper jr i hope it was good. I wanted to order a jalapeño poppers small since they were doing all that extra stuff and didn’t even take MANUAL ENTRY every restaurant has that which i found interesting.

Dear Burger King Management, I wanted to share feedback regarding my visit on October 18 around 8:30 AM. The staff member working in the kitchen at that time demonstrated behavior that I felt was unprofessional and not aligned with the standards expected in customer service. When a customer’s order is not ready, it’s important that communication—both with customers and coworkers—remains calm and respectful. Instead of raising one’s voice to say “They have to wait,” a more appropriate response would be to let the team know courteously that the order is being prepared and will be ready shortly. Customer service plays a key role in shaping guests’ experiences, and every interaction is an opportunity to represent the brand positively. I hope this feedback can be used as a coaching opportuni

If i could give this place Negative one star I would. First off the place needs a refresh. The soda machine on the left doesnt work but ice does come out. The second soda machine works but no ice comes out but soda does. The labels are missing, they are sticky. Machine needs to be throughly cleaned as there are darker parts in the bottom of the drains, is it mold? Who knows maybe. The place overall could a good make over. The worker, one Bangladesh guy and an African young lady were extremely courteous, helpful and friendly. Food wise, I ordered the tacos and they were horrible, dried caked up beef or I think it was beef at least. The shells were very hard that I cut my rear gum biting into one. I would NOT recommend the tacos. I also ordered a chicken sandwich and the cheese looked like
