Burger King

I have not been to this location in years because it was so slow and the service was so bad. I craved it tonight and gave it a try. There were 3 cars in front of me and they all breezed by. My food was ready immediately when I got to the window, the employees were kind and upbeat, my food was correct and hot! The vibes were good, the food was great, and the service was great!

The burger king on city service in sulphur is so slow at night and the employee was rude and there are 3 cars behind me it’s crazy. This should not take 15 minutes to get food.

Took a lunch break from work. To pick up some Burger King. Not sure why the lady working tonight had to be so aggressive towards me. Lied and said my order was ready. Pulled up to the window and said there is no order for me. Total waste of my time. Also a waste of the points I used to redeem for the food. Chicken sandwich with fries and drink.

there was no food, tried to rush us through the drive threw but rang the order up wrong (asked for a sprite and a oreo shake- received a fanta and a coke...) asked to be rang up correctly and was rudely shut the window on, asked for a refund and she snatched the drinks and phone from my hand. just very rude and just an unnecessarily unpleasant interaction that definitely could've been avoided had these employees been trained in customer service a little better...

We ordered an original chicken sandwich on the side, an 8 pc cheese tot (wanted the bacon cheese tot from the SpongeBob promo but the employee didn’t know what it was), a 12 pc mozzarella stick, an 8 pc nugget, and 2 Hershey pies. We asked for bbq, honey mustard, ketchup, and extra marinara. We received the sandwich, the tots, an 8pc mozzarella, the nuggets, and the pies. We didn’t receive the 4 missing mozzarella sticks, extra marinara, ketchup, or honey mustard. We come to this location often due to getting off work late and wanting to avoid cooking, and often we are disappointed with the service and the food being incorrect. They also did not give a receipt like they usually do.
