Burger King

I waited in the drive-thru for over 40 minutes. There were only a few cars ahead of me. I had a mobile order. When I got up to the speaker, I was asked to wait. It took another 10 minutes. I decided to add a milkshake to my order as I knew it would probably be melted it it had been part of my mobile order. I got to the window, and my onion rings were ice cold. I said something, and they gave me a hard time about it saying I was late picking up my order. I explained that I was in line 10 minutes early, but the line didn't move and had been waiting over 50 minutes at this point. They complained that they had to make fresh ones. Waited another 10 minutes for soggy hot onion rings. My milkshake was more like chocolate milk. Did Burger King stop putting whip cream on milkshakes? When I got home

To put it nicely, they steal from you. They "can't get pennies", yet other establishments in Tiffin seem to have no problem getting them for change. They round up every order, rather than up or down depending on the final cost, thus stealing money from us, under the guise of "can't get pennies". It seems odd that they are the only establishment I have been to recently that has that issue. Tim Horton's? No problem. McDonalds? No problem. Little Hugo's? No problem. Circle K? No Problem, Walmart? No Problem. Weird.

Last night drive thru order double whopper was a single and not good. Onion rings not good, and fries not good. Called in the missing double whopper and told would get credit. Went back today and would not credit difference. Only offered another burger. I wasn't hungry enough to eat, and really don't think I will be back to take them up on their offer. Not appetizing! Noticed nobody but car in front of us, none behind, but cars wrapped around building and parking lot an McDonald's. That should have been a sign!

I've been getting drive-thru orders a few times a year since they added Impossible Whoppers. The fries are always crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. My kids say these are better than others that tend to be thin and soggy. They accidently gave me bonus chicken fries today. Or maybe it was compensation for having to pull around up front and wait. They forgot our drinks, so I popped inside and picked them up rather than go a long drive-thru wait again. Expect a wait even if you put in a mobile order. It goes faster on your end but not theirs, but this is no different than many other fast food places. Mobile deals are kind of leaning towards group/family orders, but the rewards are of better use in saving on an order. They looked stressed today, but our interactions were kind, and

I love Burger King and I always try to choose them over McDonald's. When people talk bad about Burger King I always defend the King. Tonight at 8:15pm 3/1/2020 at the Tiffin Ohio location I was so shocked at how my sandwich was made. I would never make a sandwich for a customer like they did to me. They were NOT busy. They had me and 1 other customer. They seriously put a gumball sized hard piece of lettuce and a tiny gross end of a tomato on it. I know it could have been worse, I just can't believe they did it. It was like a slap in the face. Shame on them.
