While I was standing in line waiting for my order to be taken ( felt like forever and I was the only one in line) I see the young man on the other side of the french fry rack start banging the french fries because they were all clumped together. with the salt shaker the back of the salt shaker. The dirty part of the salt shaker. So as we know I wasn't able to give me fries that day not from there. I mentioned it to the cashier She acted as if it happens all the time no biggie. Nasty 🤢🤢🤢 Don't eat here if you're expecting clean food without catching a bacteria infection in your mouth.

Did mobile app. Missing food and ingredients. Checked before pulling out of parking lot. Went in just to fix missing item and which was sitting in the warmer i mentioned i believe that was the missing item...only to be told no i wasnt missing any items and i was a liar. That it wasnt on the screen. I tried showing my mobile order/receipt which they wanted no part of. Continued to shout and argue then said just take. Horrible service and i apologize to the other customers for allowing it to crawl under my skin and allowing myself to lower to that standard and screaming back. Now home enjoying ice cold old hard gross food.

The limited time only menu Shroom n'Swiss Melt is too delicious. We ordered 2 with chicken nuggets, onion wings, french fries and the Oreo milkshake and they tasted great.

We were missing more than half our order after waiting 30 minutes and after telling them multiple times what we were missing we were still not given a whole meal including a sandwich and fries, and a wrap. We were so fed up trying to get things fixed we left and didnt get our money back. And what we did receive wasnt even made right, missing ingredients on what is listed on the menu and what we payed extra for. A complete unorganized mess for front end. Highly disappointed. I understand it can get busy, things dont always go smoothly, but this was on another level of unnecessary poor customer service

Went to BK 9/24. Tasha immediately greeted us at the counter, was kind and smiled, and attentive to what we wanted. Also promoted the fright world coupon which was cool. It’s good when you get that kind of customer service around here.
