Upon arrival to the restaurant the manager that was on duty was very nasty and disrespectful!! She didn’t want to answer any questions about the menu every time I would ask her a question Rashida would continue to get upset, and then she walked away from the register and just left me and my husband standing there. she also started to talk about church folks with attitudes and very nasty when they get out of church and she had just talked to her grandmother and how she was telling her grandmother how people will come in the restaurant with attitudes and all of that realizing that we’re sitting in here having lunch, but she continued to go on and on and on like she was just really trying to insult the whole situation because we were just getting out of church. it felt very uncomfortable sitt

We ordered two hamburgers and were served two burnt meat patties that were very harmful to our health. When we asked for replacements, we were given two other burnt patties, and we had to throw them away because they were inedible. I’m not sure if they even know how to make hamburgers or grill meat properly, but eating something like that could be very dangerous to one’s health.

I ordered from here a few days ago, and the food was great, so I decided to come back. I ordered online for pickup just like I did the last time. I was parked at the Walmart down the street, but I waited about 10 minutes to head to the drive thru so that they could have enough time to prepare it. I had the confirmation on my phone and the money had been taken from my account, but when I got there, I was told “there’s nothing we can do because we do not have the order. On my way to work, I ordered the advertised Crispy Whopper meal, but I was given a regular Whopper instead. I had to turn around and go back. When I walked in, the manager wasn’t friendly at all and told me they didn’t have the crispy onions. I asked why I wasn’t informed at the drive-thru, and on top of that, the burger still didn’t have the BBQ sauce or onion rings it was supposed to come with. She then turned to the person making sandwiches and asked if he even knew how to make the advertised burger—he said no.
