Burger King

I'd give -5 stars if I could at the VB Burger King & would've got my money back & left if it wasn't for my grandson wanting to play. Got a bacon cb, add tomato & a kids meal. Took 17 minutes to get food. Once we got it & had no tomatoes I took burger AND receipt back to counter. Took ANOTHER 8 mins to get it fixed. Open the wrapper and burger was a complete mess & tomato thrown on the side. Was like the cook lady got upset that someone returned food that wasn't made right. Not busy at all with 5 workers, none looked over 2. Go to the play area and EVERY table was filthy!! Dried up chocolate ice cream on one, scattered lettuce on another, and 3 tables completely covered in trash when the customers clearly left before we got in there. A dog was running around. Literally the worst location. Will make you wait 30-40 minutes for your order to be wrong every time. Even if you’re the only one there. And then turn your backs on customers. I’ve worked fast food for years so I understand having a bad day. But it’s not a bash every single time. At that point it’s just negligence of your job. And apparently not a single employee knows how to do it there. They need to shut this location down.

food was fine, the woman working the window was very rude and visibly rolled her eyes when i told her i wanted a different drink because you can’t order it on the app. i tried to wave through the window to tell her before she made the drink and she audibly said “he can wave all he wants.” as a fast food worker myself, i could never.

This bk is trash. Everytime I wanna go there they mess up my order or the employees are very rude. I went back with my receipt and they refused me. I was polite. I did not yell. I was very calm, The man there told me to go to another bk then. I work hard for my money the least you can do is make my order right.

The drive thru is open, the lights are on in the kitchen. I see online that they’re still open and their hours reflect that as well. However the front light and sign are off and they’re blasting music inside. I was ignored by when I pulled up to the window. If these aren’t your hours, then update them.
