Just had my most disappointing Burger King experience. The Big Fish was soggy with no crunch, and the fries were evidently very old too. Sitting here trying to get my 17$ worth, I realized this BK location has always sucked. The food is subpar and the staff act like they hate you because you burdened them with your business. This is a far cry from the Hilo BK which is consistently excellent whenever I need a quick bite on the go. Giving 2/5 stars because their soda machine was extra syrupy and delicious.
The fish burger is pretty good but the service is horrible. The server give us very bad attitude.
Place is rubbish, waited forever to get my food and pay and they gave me the wrong order.
Good food prep, great service, soda fountain closed, bit more expensive than most. Clean.
Fries was warm and they don’t offer refills? Wth?
