My family and I came in, there was a worker at the counter who did not speak. We wanted to give her time but to her having on a headset, but still nothing. It wasn't until I asked if I had to ring up our food myself did she reluctantly help us. She actively did not listen n got the portions of our order wrong. I would have let it go, but the next customer to come in were greeted and given a "I'll be with you in a second".

I visited the Burger King in Warminster, PA and had a really upsetting experience. I am 9 months pregnant and slipped and fell while walking into the restaurant because there was ice right at the entrance. I calmly went to the counter and let the staff know what happened (the staff member with the blue and blonde hair) and suggested they put up a wet floor sign or a cone so no one else would get hurt. The staff was rude, showed no concern, and didn’t ask if I was okay at all. I remained in the restaurant for about 20 minutes afterward, and during that time no sign or cone was put up to warn other customers. It felt careless and unsafe, especially considering the situation. I’m sharing this so others are aware and hopefully this location takes safety concerns more seriously.

Every time I order something here something is missing. Why am I paying for something I won't even get? I called and all they said was "we'll do better". One drink is missing and the other is the wrong drink. I didn't even get a straw... like what? Didn't even get my sauce?? Like please.

Clean, spacious burger king location. Tables in playground area perfect for a quieter, more relaxing lunch experience on the weekdays since no kids are there using the playground during the week. A/C also seems to work better in the playground area for some reason🤷‍♂️
