This manager’s behavior is absolutely unacceptable. The way he speaks to customers is rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of properly explaining new regulations or policies, he talks back with attitude and acts as if customers are an inconvenience. If there are changes, it’s his responsibility to clearly communicate them ,not snap at people or make them feel stupid for asking a simple question. I’ve always been able to purchase a toy separately for $1.15, and when I asked about it, he rudely responded, “No, that was before,” with zero explanation. No clarification, no courtesy, just attitude. That’s not how you treat paying customers. Customer service means communication and respect. There is only one bathroom for males and females to use. The “Man’s” bathroom is only used for employees…!!!!! I pissed myself because I had to let a lady in to the bathroom we ALL share. This is not right…!!!!!!

I've been to this place since I was a child. I've never had issues and the food is bomb. They work as fast as they can and are also bilingual.

today I got good service. They let me use the bathroom. I was able to sit down and enjoy my double whopper and my soda. thank you very much!
