Burger King

Great location in a great little town. Greeted upon entering. Order was taken quickly and came up quick as well. Busy lunch rush inside, and drive thru was busy. The team was working good together and communicated well. The dining room was clean, even though a few tables were filled with people. Restroom was clean and no funky smell as well.

Unfortunately, this location was sub-par even for a Burger King. The interior of the restaurant was outdated, dark and worn out. The staff although the staff was not rude, they were not very helpful ether. They seemed to be poorly trained and have not supervision. The kitchen was just throwing sandwiches up on the heater and counter and window staff were having to figure out what was what. When we received our order, I found that we were given the wrong burger. When I pointed this out, they were very confused but ended up finding the correct one after a moment or two. It seems that this is a trend with most of this type of fast-food restaurants. Staff who are not trained, being supervised by managers who were never correctly trained. I had the worst bacon double cheeseburger that I've ever had there a couple of days ago. I waited 20 minutes for a burger and fries (the fries were good). The burger was cold, the cheese was not melted at all, the bacon wasn't even cooked that much. It was just slapped together. I didn't even finish it. I normally get very good food there. I guess that wasn't my day.

Food was good temperature, burger was burnt I went through the drive thru. Order did not show up soi could verify it was correct. Also there was no total. Not impressed. Food was handed out with the bag open

This Burger King is really disappointing and doesn’t make orders correctly. I ordered a burger no mustard, and it came with mustard so I went back to ask for a new one and they accused me of making a mistake in my mobile order. They didn’t even put down on the receipt that I ordered no mustard. This place doesn’t deserve the slogan have it your way.
