I picked up my mobile order through the drive thru with no issues! Food was correct and hot! I accidentally didn’t see the mozzarella sticks at the bottom of one of the bags and we went back through to get them. I feel so terrible I went back through and they were in the bag the whole time. Thank you BK, I’m sorry!!

It took 24 minutes to get 3 burgers. No one inside. While I watched them serve 15 or more people through the drive through. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. There was piss all over the floor and walls. Also the fact they were out of toilet paper confirmed the bathroom has not been cleaned in weeks.

When I visited the Burger King at 131 S Black Horse Pike, I found the service to be passable, but not without its issues. Unfortunately, the soda dispenser was out of stock, which is a significant oversight for a fast-food establishment. The staff attempted to remedy the situation by using an alternative machine; however, the soda it produced was utterly devoid of flavor. It’s unclear why this occurred, but it certainly detracted from the overall dining experience. The meal itself was chaotic and fell short of expectations. While the staff’s effort to address the problem was noted, the outcome was disappointing. This visit was a reminder that even small components like a beverage can impact the enjoyment of a meal.

The customer service here is one of the horrible thing I ever experienced especially the night shift big guy ,all the food came out tasting so bad ,I think the oil is being used over and over ,I got a sandwich all the vegetables are dead in it ,until of that each time I take a bite my mouth itches ,I was so hungry out of a 12 hours shift so I had to eat only the bread ,and the ,guy was like go wait over there I dnt want to see any car here . We black needs to do better with our businesses ,let make it a clean and friendly environment please ,people be working hard for their money ,just to go waste on food they won’t be able to eat

Service was good but I did not get everything I ordered. I asked for cheese and no mayo and I got a slab of mayo on my sandwiches. Even my receipt has it down like that. Whoever made the food needs to read accurately. I normally don’t complain but I just spent over $30 to feed my siblings and I couldn’t get a meal right. Got pickles on my sandwich and it wasn’t even right sandwich
