Burger King

Customer service is awful here. Staff is rude. This location is also super dirty. Absolutely disgusting conditions yo eat in. If the lobby is this dirty, just imagine how dirty it is where they make food. Cookie packages had finger prints of chocolate all over them. It's just a nasty place.

Didn’t get all of my order and the manager told me it’s because she has to many new people working. After I paid $50 on DoorDash. DO BETTER

Be careful eating here folks my husband ordered a plain whopper no cheese. Easy right just meat and bun but for some reason this Burger King in Winchester KY decided to add a ball of hair to his whopper. Suggestion to all is anytime you eat out check that food before putting in your mouth. I don't even want to give stars cause they all took forever to take my order and then we had that bad experience just be careful y'all

Worst Burger King I have ever seen. Zero customer service. People are walking around with croc shoes and no socks on. They get upset when you walk in. The store is nasty; even the sidewalk is black. Every table had food on it from not being cleaned. The fries had zero salt. Half of my burger was missing. Our tray they gave us had sticky food with a paper thrown over it. I don't know who is over this store, but it's the worst I have ever seen in terms of service. No one was happy. Just a simple smile and a "Welcome, how can we help you?" goes a long way. Paying almost 40 bucks and my burgers are cold is not cool. We saw them sitting on the counter while the fries were being cooked, so that's probably the reason. It was just a very unhappy, sad environment to experience.

Probably the worst Whopper I've ever had. The patty was broken half, it looked like it was thrown on the floor and put back on. It had two scraps of lettuce on it the size of a quarter and four pickles thrown in the middle stacked up on each other. Also a tomato piece with an end piece stack on top of each other. Disgusting. Don't eat here. I'll never be back.
