Burger Orleans

Do not go here! They served me under cooked beef and my associate’s food had hair in it. They are not clean and also not customer friendly. I did not ask for a refund, I asked for a different sandwich as mine was under cooked. She said no refunds. Never coming back here.

Honestly I could have went to the Eastside and got better food instead of catching the bus just for my food to be messed up I ordered a hot sausage on bun combo large and chicken plate with fries my chicken plate came with 10 fries on there and when I told the lady she started saying something in another language as if she was fussing or cursing me out in her language, the hot sausage sandwich that was suppose to be a combo didn’t get rung up as a combo because she was so busy no listening and hearing what she wanted to hear because we were the only ones in here at the time needing to be served so I just received a burger and drink which was the same price as the combo but the thing with me is how y’all don’t wanna refund or fix a order when the mistake is on your end.
