Burger Plus

My first time at this place today and I was impressed. The place is nice, vibrant, and clean. The menu board is easy to read. The gentleman helped me choose from the menu. Recommended the messy burger. It was the special of the day. That burger was theeee best I had in a long time!!! It was juicy and flavorful and the fries were the bomb!!! Not sure the guys name but thank you for making my first experience there a great one!! I will be back.

My family and I have ordered from Burger plus on 2-3 other occasions. My mother ordered a burger on the way home from work. She was told to wait for 20 minutes, but they gave her her food in 8-10 minutes. Once my mother got home, she noticed her food was cold; the fries were greasy and cold, and the burger wasn’t fresh. My mother called and told them what had happened and the younger lady who takes the orders was arguing about how “that’s how the messy burger is” instead of trying to be accommodating and remake the old food. Once we came back to the restaurant to get fresh food, she still continued to argue with my mother and say “I can replace the fries, but not the burger.” It was a lot of back and forth that was unnecessary and very unprofessional. I’ve been here 3 times in the last week!! This is my new favorite burger spot in BR. Their aloha burger hands down is the best and the fries are definitely homemade. Food is cooked to order but no more than a 10min wait no lie. I love the older man that works there as well he’s too cute🥹❤️!!!

I got Tuesday Special which was the Philly cheese steak w/ Fries and a drink. Made to order, hot & fresh. Affordable. The fries was good, the Philly was ok, could add a little more seasoning to the steak. Service was good. Nice lobby and sit down area outside.

Small little restaurant but they make excellent burgers. Attach pictures of their daily specials which are real bargain. In my opinion they have the best burger combos in Baton Rouge. Burgers are homemade patties and very juicy. French fries are from real potatoes and not limp like 5 Guys. They also have some interesting toppings and specialty burgers. Today I had the 'aloha' Burger because it happens to be their Saturday combo special with fries and a drink. Normally I'm not big on pineapple on hamburgers (or pizza for that matter)...and probably wouldn't have ordered it if it hadn't been that day's special Burger combo. However, I have to say that it was very juicy and the contrast of the sweet pineapple against the savory beef and bacon (they put lots of bacon on their burgers) was
