What an amazing first experience of BurgerFi in Commack, NY reminding me of Shake Shack all around New York. Delicious burgers 🍔 and fries 🍟 and the onion rings are very good. They ran out of chicken fingers tonight. First time to BurgerFi after the movies on President’s day weekend. :)

The staff is pleasant and helpful and the place clean - minus the sticky floor near the soda machine - but the food is average to below average. I think that almost any local pub will have better hamburgers, fries , or onion rings. The burger patty is about the size or a McDonald’s burger party though the bun etc is nicer. I got a burger - single patty - with a side of onion rings and fries. The burger was underwhelming, the fries good if soggy , and the onion rings mostly tasteless. This is my first and last time visiting. There are lots of local pubs that fill the burger niche better than this place with about the same amount of wait time for the food. Essentially, one comes here for a slightly elevated fast food experience though for $19 I’d rather go elsewhere.

Tisha is awesome! Tisha went above and beyond for me to make sure my kids got their food after a door dasher stole my order. We really are so appreciative of Tisha and the person (I didn’t get their name) who ended up delivering my kids’ food! It really is rare to have such a caring and understanding help at food establishments. Thank you so much Tisha!!!! My family has also noticed a noticeable difference in the quality of food the past few times we’ve ordered there.

Best burger joint period. Custard shakes are amazing, the Urban Fries are banging, CEO burger is better than shake shack any day of the week. I'm lucky to have one near my house. Make the trip, worth the drive. Ps. Extra points given for soda machine having EVERY SINGLE FLAVOR and Every type of beverage... Cherry, raspberry, vanilla... Every time. Clean bathrooms too.

Honestly don’t even bother. Way over priced for a less than mid burger. Burger was dry. Not that good. Fries and onion rings sucked. Tenders were solid. They also rang everything up where they charged for substituting sauce on a burger. Not one to complain about 75 cents but they did it for everything. So it just annoyed me. I’m not a big fast food guy. This is supposed to be a step above. At the price point of this place you are better off going to Wendy’s.
