For the first time, I visited this fast-casual restaurant for lunch. Despite the winter holiday season, the restaurant was not busy at all during the weekday lunch hour. Since the Christmas music was just too loud for my eardrums, it did not improve the ambiance by evoking feelings of joy or nostalgia at all. I have read somewhere that this restaurant serves nothing but "gourmet burgers," made with 100% all-natural beef, along with other quality ingredients. For my lunch, I went for the Rodeo Burger (to my taste buds, it was an overpriced version of BK's Double Rodeo Burger), fries (crispy and cooked to near perfection), and carbonated soft drinks (medium-sized cups only). I have loved burger fi since I first ate it in downtown Silver Spring, MD. Upon entering this establishment, I was greeted by no one. The front registers had no one standing there. There was a self-checkout kiosk that I used. One of the options for fries was to add cheese. I added (what I thought) was small cups of cheese on the side. Once our ($60) order came out for my family of 5, cheese was drizzled all over our fries. This isn't necessairly any fault of anyone there. However, when you're speaking to a human (like I always did in Silver Spring), you can specify certain aspects of your order. I found the place with a coincidence and going forward I am going to be a loyal customer The burgers are not cheap but they are worth ever penny you pay them , they claim to no add any Norman’s , any antibiotics , no shortcuts so no excuse for you not to try their food The. This place used to be really good but the quality has really suffered in recent years. We used to come here and get high quality ingredients but the most recent trip left a lot to be desired. The burgers were dry. The meat was on par with McDonald's and the buns were cheap tasting. Especially when your paying high thier money for sub par food. Will not be going back. Very sad because good burger places are hard to find.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at BurgerFi, and it was all thanks to Chloe, who truly went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. Even though she works in the kitchen and hands out orders, her positive energy and friendly attitude stood out immediately. She greeted every customer with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm, making the entire atmosphere feel welcoming and upbeat. When I received my order, everything was perfectly prepared, fresh, and clearly made with care. It’s rare to see someone take such pride in their work, but Chloe did and it showed in both the service and the food. She’s a big reason I’ll definitely be coming back to BurgerFi!
