BurgerFi

A quick stop at this area BurgerFI to try their Hot Dog. I asked for chili and onions, dog split in the middle. Now that was a great dog! This restaurant as to the other three establishments are clean, with great quality ingredients, and staff. They have great burgers too!

The staff was nice, service friendly, but the food is an absolute joke. Paid $2.49 extra for "urban style" fries. Came with just parmesan cheese and a sad squirt of mayo. To be clear, I didn't dress these fries. They were handed to me as pictured. Not even a hint of green. There were supposed to be two green herbs... fine.. I'll drown this trash food in ketchup... only the ketchup dispenser is broken. Spend your $10 elsewhere, instead of this lying corporate excuse for a burger joint.

An impromptu visit led us to have lunch here, on a hot summer Wednesday afternoon. Never having been here before, after studying the menu for a moment, my husband and I made our choices. My husband chose the bacon cheeseburger combo, with the burger wrapped in lettuce/hold the bun, the cry fry, which is a combination of onion rings and french fries, and a regular fountain drink. I ordered the two chicken sliders and an ice water, with plans to eat some of his fries. It was 20 minutes before we got our food, and at the time we ordered, we were the only people in there, with the exception of one other person. Soon after we arrived, a couple of people came in with to-go orders, and a few others had ordered at the counter and sat down. People with to-go orders, were leaving with their food,

Good burgers but not comparable to In and Out, What-A-Burger, Five Guys, and Culver’s. But the price was too expensive. Almost $50 for two combo burgers. Customer service was not good at all. The cashier man was no greeting and disrespectful. The only he asked and repeated twice was “make sure you enter the tips here…” The order machine did not work and tables were not clean.

I expected a bit more since they specialize in burgers but the taste was mediocre. The bbq Rodeo Burger meat was almost indistinguishable from the bun in taste and texture. No real burger flavor. Not worth the price in my opinion. I’ve had way better burgers at Red Robin’s and Hardees tbh. I’ll say the service was prompt and the area is clean. Don’t plan on being back though.
