I just want to give a huge shout out to the evening shift tonight. I came in with my toddler, who had just had been screaming for the past hour due to teething pains, to get a snack. My nerves were shot and I don't think I formed coherent sentences, I couldn't remember the names of basic menu items. The staff was SO patient and kind! They helped me figure out what it was I wanted, and they smiled and talked to my toddler throughout the process, which he loved. Then they brought the food out to us even though I had ordered it to go, which I really appreciated. The kindness of the staff really turned my evening around and I am so grateful to them!!!

Just had a burger that was *chef's kiss*! 🍔 This spot is definitely a step up from the usual. The patty was juicy and cooked to perfection, and the toppings were surprisingly fresh. I loved the crispy rosemary shoestring fries too – a perfect side! It's not quite gourmet, but for a satisfying and delicious burger fix, this place keeps me coming back for more. From the classic original cheeseburgers to the regional and seasonal offerings, it's just a bit unique with vintage charm. The dining decor is the bees knees! I used to love Burgerville and it was a healthier alternative for fast food. Unfortunately their quality has become so dismal now I don't know if I will keep giving it another chance. I've complained to the company but they don't respond. This time the order was wrong and food quality abysmal. The drive thru wait time was almost 20 minutes but there wasn't a long line. No reason given for the slow service and the staff looked depressed. I ordered the Northwest burger with no tomato or pickles. Instead they gave me no lettuce but left on the tomato and pickle. The burger patty itself was sad and not even in a round shape. It looked like 2 thin pieces of meat thrown together to make a patty. The burger itself didn't look anything like the picture. I placed a togo order, the cashier complained(whined) to the customers about how tired he was. Worst Burgerville burger, ever! The person haphazardly put the burger together with a ridiculous amount of mayo and ketchup which oozed when I bit into it. The floor was incredibly sticky and the restroom was a mess. Delicious burgers. I had the classic bacon cheese burger with the rosemary shoestring fries. Soft, buttery buns, crisp, fresh tasting pickles, lettuce, juicy patty. The garlic aoli dip for the fries was perfect, very favorful.
