Burgundy Brook Cafe

This place has great food, handmade bread and great service. You might remember me with my dad and grandma, Mike and Deb. Mozzarella sticks are the best i've ever had. Cowboy Burger is really good and way better than "Rodeo" Burger. Pizza is delicious.

We've ordered from here a couple of times and always enjoyed the food. Last night we decided to try their wood fired brick oven pizza and wings for the first time. Unfortunately we didn't get the opportunity. We ordered through door dash and there was some kind of issue with our dasher so he never showed up to get our food. The owner went out of his way to call us himself and explain to us what was going on. He apologized profusely even though it wasn't his fault. He went above and beyond to show us that he was really bothered by what happened. He showed us that he deeply cares about his customers and their satisfaction. .we will definitely continue to be return customers. Brought our cousin here for her 16th birthday and it was incredible, Kimberly went out of her way and brought a (gorgeous) cupcake and sang happy birthday (even offered the French version) Food was great Vibes are great Yes for me

Zero stars for breakfast. Both the hash browns and apple cinnamon pancakes were terrible. I expected a bit more effort for the pancakes, such as maybe blending the apples and cinnamon into the batter vs. just throwing it in the middle as the pic shows. My buddy said the breakfast burrito he got was ok though. Update: To the owner response, I'm not sure why that would be strange that a entirely different menu item may be good vs. the apple cinnamon pancakes. Somehow these pancakes are listed as a favorite on the menu, but it should be ok to disagree in taste. Maybe the person making the pancakes on this day didn't do it well or something, but as a business man, customer opinion should sometimes be an influence to consider certain adjustments.
