Took myself out on a solo date after my side gig job and I decided to try a new dish. I usually order the vegan nachos so I decided to try that again as an appetizer and I ordered the shrimp and grits as my main course. The shrimp was delicious and I jumbo but of course they only give you 4 to 5 pieces. But something was different about the grits. The grits were laced with crab meat and butter. Yummy. I wasn’t expecting that but I liked it. Now mind you, I got the small portion and not the larger size which was about 5 bucks more. Big mistake. I wanted more with my greedy self. Make sure that you order the large portion of shrimp and grits; and you will be happy. I took the rest of my vegan nachos home and had them as leftovers for dinner. They were tasty but not as good as when I had them

We went for breakfast. We were recommended by a coworker who had attended before her experience he said was exceptional. The food was exceptional. She may have gone at a different time. The food was not great. They didn’t have many options that were vegetarian any adjustments to items on the menu seem to be frowned upon our weight. Staff was not accommodating. She seemed very impatient with our questions as this was our first experience we did have a few questions. Nothing outrageous or insane just a couple of questions about the items that we could find on the menu that were edible for vegetarian and pork free option. The drinks were not acceptable. We left disappointed, likely not to return for breakfast service at this location again. The breakfast vegetarian hash was a disappointment f

Had a wonderful supper here with the family! Will is an excellent server, so helpful, kind and attentive. All the food was delicious and great quality. They even accommodated my son’s several allergies really well and he was able to eat a delicious meal safely. Much appreciated. We had blackened salmon with wild rice- delicious! Shrimp and penne with mushroom - yum! Greek salad with blackened salmon, another win! And Falafal salad with grilled shrimp, great! Portions are large so sharing is a great option! Also the mocktails are really refreshing- esp the Tropical Breeze. Hot chocolate is 10/10 Plus they offer halal chicken and lamb options! And you can’t beat the atmosphere, peace and justice FTW. This place was wonderful from food to drinks to service. Food was excellent and in good portion. So much flavor and fresh toast soooo crispy even with a little syrup on it. Perfection! Drinks are real alcoholic drinks for grown folk and not some watered down nonsense you get at other restaurants. Service was like family, just the ease of relating and talking to our waitress Missy was a great part of the overall experience

The restaurant was really nice and I enjoyed my first visit with a few family members. They were hosting a book signing which I thought was exciting to share the same space. We didn’t wait long for our food which was a plus. The food was okay just missing flavor; however the customer service and drinks made up for what the food lacked. I’d visit again the space was lovely.
