Buster's Texas Style Barbecue

I’ve loved this place and have gone here for years. The food has been delicious and the service has been even better. Unfortunately this streak was broken after today’s experience. The picture speaks for itself 🤢. It’s very unfortunate this happened and it speaks on their procedure of food cleanliness and food conditions.

What is this garbage u order barbecue because you think it has barbecue sauce cooked on it you get orange ham because you think it's glazed and some orange glaze but then you get a box of planed unsalted meet with some water down barbecue sauce and some water down barbecue beans that you can get from a can from the 99 cent store absolutely disgusting wasting your money $25 in the toilet

The food definitely looks better than it tastes I love the vibe of the place and the decor is cool. The service was great but the food was not so good. The ribs and brisket were so dry and tough, the pulled pork was kinda cold the sausage we had was probably my favorite part. I got I think was a chocolate cheese cake and that was so good it pretty much saved this whole experience.

Great spot for tasty meat and a relaxed atmosphere. The food is always delicious, the portions are good, and the prices are reasonable. It’s a comfortable place to sit down, unwind, and enjoy a proper meal. We especially love stopping by on the way down from Mount Hood after snowboarding (or on the way up). It’s kind of become our regular go-to place after a day on the mountain. The only downside is that they close a bit early — we’re often just 30 minutes too late to make it before closing after riding. It would be amazing if they stayed open until 10 PM. Overall, though, it’s a really great place and we truly enjoy coming here.

This was a first in person visit for us. We really enjoyed the atmosphere, plenty of seating, food was definitely fresh and hot. I got the 2 meat plate with ham and ribs, sides baked potato and French fries. The sweet sauce and chipotle mustard were my favorite.
