I took my 3 year old to the Roseville Galleria location today (Friday) for open play. He had a great time. It seemed like a clean environment. It was reasonably priced: $12.48 per child for 90 minutes of play. They sell snacks and coffee too. Overall, I feel like it was worth it for the price. It was busy when we left at noon. We saw a lot of kids playing and having a good time.

I took my daughter into this play center and, she seemed to have fun but I agree with other posts that the place is dirty. Specifically on the stairs up to the ball pit, and the floors and crevices are in serious need of being vacuumed. On the upside there are a lot of fun things for little kids to play with. My daughter especially enjoyed the Carousel and the slide into the ball pit. Many of the activity centers need new toys to be replenished, I was disappointed with the emptiness of several toy features, considering how much you pay to get in and play. One other suggestion that could make a large Improvement is to add a second bathroom. There was only one restroom for the entire facility, and there was a long line to get into it.

First time we brought our kid and we noticed that the place was just not as clean as we hoped. We’re not expecting the place to be kept sterile but atleast have any visible dirt marks wiped or cleaned up. Some of the toys were sticky for some reason. Staff was very nice and quick to help but the same staff didn’t even bother to double check if parents or kids actually kept their shoes off. There should probably be a better system in regard to shoe removal because people put their shoes on a wall then have to walk through the area where shoes are walked on. Whats the point. Bathroom is also pretty gross. Needs better maintenance or care.

Owner must’ve been in a bad mood today. I’m a working mom and came here for the first time tonight to enjoy some time with my toddler. She had a blast! Which is awesome and probably the only reason I’ll be back. Owner approached me and said “excuse me, here at Busy Kids we have a no shoes policy and you need to remove your shoes” in such a rude manner! I apologized but was a little thrown off by the attitude.. again working mom here, made sure my toddler had hers off and was just a simple mistake! She proceeded to try and blame the sweet girl who registered us and I made sure that she (the owner) was aware the worker did enforce the policy and it was again, a simple mistake on my behalf. Shoes people, shoes! Easy to take off real fast! She proceeded to talk about me right in front of me to

It was our first time here. I wanted a place where my children could play safely while I sit and drink my coffee, reading a book. My toddler is a runner and this place has a locked gate so that was great. I found the perfect place. I also left them there playing, with dad, and walked down a few steps grabbed my coffee, walked around the mall and did some shopping at peace. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Made our check in easy. Definitely we will be back. I recommend this place.
