Butch's Uptown

I want to express my thanks to Butches Uptown in Haverhill for always giving us exceptional customer service, smiles when they serve, a welcoming feeling when we walk through the door and more. I organize large groups and every time I visit I have 12 to 15 people with me. Last Friday we had Jenna as the waitress and she was fantastic to say the least. Again, they have impressed us with their can do attitude, mouth watering dishes and great atmosphere. I have never had a bad meal here and we will continue to visit here. Thank you Butches Uptown and we will see you soon.

I called ahead and put my name in because we had a larger group. When we arrived there were people waiting, but we were sat immediately. Our waitress was super attentive and had a good attitude! All of our meals were so good! I don't have one complaint! Pictured is my Dad's veal parmesan, that was a special, baked haddock and bread pudding. It's hard to get pics when everyone is hungry!

Moved close to the area recently and had heard about this little hidden spot. Very busy place, and had called ahead to speak to Debbie, The Manager about having a dessert ready for a belated celebration with my husband. Calamari was good, but just an average portion. Side salad and caesar salad were both delicious. Chicken parmesan dinner and Ribeye Steak dinner did not disappoint. A great casual spot, with lots of options! A must try!

I recently dined at this local spot and was thoroughly impressed. The grilled swordfish was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful. The cozy atmosphere added to the overall pleasant experience. However, the wait time for our meal was longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating. Despite this, the friendly staff made up for the delay with their attentive service.

I read the reviews before going here, and they were all pretty positive. French Dip got high marks, so I ordered it with a baked potato. Mostly fat, and the potato was half cooked. I was with a large group, so didn't want to send it back. Pretty awful l. They also charge extra for a baked potato? Really?!?. That's a first for me.
