After several years with Butler CPA, we were dropped with no explanation. Having our 2023 taxes done was not a good experience. They were using a younger accountant who did not communicate well. On our profit/loss statement for which we paid a pretty penny, the business name was misspelled. When I called to have this corrected, I was put on hold and got no resolution. This tax year was not handled in the same way as previous years. Our taxes were not submitted electronically, which put an additional burden on me.

My husband and I have been using Michael Butler and his experienced team since opening our business 11 years ago.
