Butter Cakery

My first time in The Butter Cakery was such a pleasant experience. We tried the flavorful and picturesque macarons. The ladies behind the counter were engaging and passionate about their treats. I highly recommend this establishment for an afternoon pick me up.

Such an adorable place and the cookies we got were out of this world! We bought chocolate chip, lemon and lavender vanilla and each was scrumptious! You can’t go wrong in this charming Natchez storefront!

I love fresh baked goods. You love baked goods too? I’m willing to bet that you don’t love them as much as I do. I really love them. My waist line can attest to that. I’m obsessed. I Googled and found “Butter Cakery”. We all agreed to sprint there since they closed in 15 minutes. We had no idea what to expect, then we opened the door. We were instantly transported to a corner of Paris in Natchez. The artwork, the marble, everything feels so Oui Paris. Come along. You’re going with me!! The case of baked items had me drooling on the glass. The cupcakes were calling my name. Coconut. Belgian chocolate. Vanilla. All baked in paper cups and begging me to try them all. Fabulous Service and Fantastic Bakery. We had 4 different flavors of Cupcakes and the were all excellent. If you are ever in Natchez MS Butter Cakery should be on your must stop in list.

Very unique decor. I wish they made their own ice cream because on a hot afternoon, I was really excited by the prospect of some fresh ice cream. They had four flavors of Blue Bell ice cream when I visited, and only cups, no cones. We also tried a lemon blueberry cupcake, and it was way too sweet. I would have liked if it had a more marked lemon taste as opposed to sweetness that masks other flavors.
