Cafe Delicias

It's going on 50 years eating at Cafe Delicious. The Owner is a great big hearted person. The staff of server's and chef's have equally large warm hearts. I have changed after 25 years from Vegetarian to Carnivore (eggs). They are very good about changing up the menu items to make me a special plate of Meat & Eggs (fried or scramble).

Such a great, locally owned business! I have a standing lunch there every Sunday, and everyone from the staff to the owner are very professional, friendly, and accommodating! Let's not forget that every dish I have tried has been nothing short of excellent. Highly recommend!

Getting out of Control! I took my wife and Grand Daughter age 4 here for lunch. I ordered a Machaca Burrito-- like a breakfast burrito, my wife ordered a combo meal with rice and beans and grand daughter wanted a cheese quesadilla no rice or beans, then we had a coke, tea and small apple juice. Service was good. Food was good. The problem was my bill was $64.00 plus a tip. Simple items. But charging way too much. Rocklin families if you are on a tight budget, you may want to go someplace else. Same food and service but at a better price.

My family and I have been a loyal customer for many years. We usually have a good experience and like the food. Today, unfortunately, was very disappointing and we will not be going back. I ordered a Le Grande Salad, no tomatoes. I got home and tomatoes were on it. They put the beans on the lettuce first and it was very watery so by the time we ate, the lettuce was soggy and wet like a mushy soup. Have you ever noticed the industrial cleaning supply smell as you walk in to the restaurant? It started during 2020 and I think they excessively clean so much so that the smell is overwhelming. Well, I took a bite of the tortilla that holds the salad and it tasted exactly like that cleaning product. It was horrible. My husband tried it and he could taste it too. Jan 2026 update.. I love good Mexican food and Cafe Delicias doesn't disappoint. My husband and I had the cheese enchilada dinner; this place is as good as ever. They have vegetarian options along with traditional dishes like albondigas and Pastor Verde. This place is the real deal plus great service
