Cafe Gino's

I went to Cafe Gino’s to order a simple takeout pie, half cheese and half pepperoni. I paid $55 upfront, which I thought was very high, but the gentleman at the counter replied, “Everything is expensive.” I trusted the order would be correct. When I came back, I was handed not one pie, but two. That was never what I intended to order. Somehow the order was “confirmed,” but the way it played out on a slow day left me questioning how such a big misunderstanding could happen. What truly disappointed me wasn’t just the mistake, but the way it was handled. A sincere apology would have gone a long way. Instead, the staff just smiled as if my concern didn’t matter. Ive been going to Gino's since it was Alfredo's. Gino's still maintains that freshness and is what a NY style pizza is supposed to be. I absolutely love Gino's. Give em a go and you will too!! During the summer, they have Italian ice too! This is my spot!

I love the decor in this place and the food is good. I don’t like the fact that we have to wait quite a long time for service and food. We ordered appetizers and our main entrees. The appetizers were cold by the time we got them, we complained for the long waiting period and the appetizers being cold however, the waiter redeemed himself and brought our food nice and hot. I’m giving this establishment a three star because of the long waiting and cold appetizers. Food and appetizers were good. Desserts were pretty good as well

I think this is the restaurant, my bf brings me his left over or something small dish 3x times a week. He dines here avg 3 times a week last 7 years spent more than 10k here he says, but he never orders pizza here. He orders only entree and pasta dishes here. In his 26 years of life, he says this is his favorite restaurant ever. The best penne ala vokda w chicken, penne bolgone, chicken francesse, chicken parm, shrimp alla gino, linguine von gole, etc etc. If he is happy then I'm good because he pays. He says same 4 employees last 7 years and they are like his family to him.

The first time we found this place was by accident and we loved it!! The establishment itself is cozy. We ordered appetizers all but the eggplant was not good, I never had an eggplant appetizer with ham and it didn’t help that the appetizers were cold. The fried calamari, mozzarella sticks, fried mushrooms were delicious!! The pizza was also delicious. We tried the desserts and they were pretty good. Just a note, if you have their desserts with ice cream the ice cream is very frozen, takes a while to thaw and enjoy. Be prepared for a long waiting period there’s only one waiter. As for parking is not too hard to find
