Cafe Karibo

Cafe Karibo in Fernandina Beach was a great experience for our group of 10. The service was excellent from start to finish, and they were able to accommodate all of us without any issues. The food was delicious, the coffee was really good, and our waiter was attentive the whole time, always checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. I also appreciated that some of my friends are vegan and they were able to find good options they were happy with. We sat inside, which had a nice atmosphere and good vibes, but the outdoor area also looked really quaint and inviting. Definitely a lovely spot to enjoy a meal with friends.

Stopped by for Lunch today. It’s Saturday and it’s busy. We sat outside because this place is so laid back surrounded by lots of beautiful plants and greenery. Our waitress Meagan was so sweet and friendly. Our food came out hot and on time. My Husband had the burger and I had the Crab cakes. The crab cake were so good. Tasted fresh. My Husband said his burger was very juicy. The prices were very reasonable. Parking may be a little challenging, but usually you can find something on the street. The have inside and outside tables. Everyone was outside because it was such a beautiful sunny fall day on Amelia Island. I highly recommend going here to eat. We decided we would go back for dinner next week.

Birthday Lunch at Cafe Karibo has become one of our favorite traditions! The food is always incredible and the service quick and friendly. We love that the Birthday Girl's favorite Mahi sandwich is perfect every time, and the availability of whole healthy options to choose from. Be sure to try the green tea and sweet potato fries when you visit!

Jan 5th 2026, 1:15pm - -Came for a second visit. Ordered the Karibo burger, & the Kairibo house salad with a side of grilled shrimp. Both were absolutely amazing. Our server Scott was pleasant enough, however I ordered the "special sauce" for the burger on the side, but never did receive it. Not quite sure what happened there, but it wasn't a huge enough deal worth mentioning to the server. Anyway, by the time he came to check on us, i was nearly finished my meal. I'll definitely try this place again, perhaps the third time will be a charm and I'll be able to say that everything was perfect. Stopped in Dec 23rd 2025 around 1:30 pm. Crab cakes were tiny but good, salad was fresh, and the Philly Cheesesteak was really good. The side of potato salad that came with the Philly Cheese

We hosted our 50-person wedding reception at Cafe Karibo, and it was absolutely the perfect space for an event of this size. The layout felt intimate without being crowded. There’s a beautiful bar, a table for cake and photos, a small patio, and microphones and AV for presentations/speakers. Everything about the space was incredibly plug-and-play, making the setup and flow of the evening seamless and stress-free.
