Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican

I’ve never left a review in my life. This was so horrendously bad that I had no choice. Where do I start. Not even a fourth of my bowl is filled. I ordered queso and there is not a drop of queso to be seen, which is an extra three dollars. And lastly it tastes like it was pulled from a trash bag. I promise you if you’re considering ordering from here think twice about it.

The worst service I ever experienced the girl with the tattoo and the piercings was very rude. The African-American girl was there. She was no different scraped off burnt beans out the pan. Food was disgusting. Didn’t taste good at all. I would never ever come to this café real again. It was my worst experience. No need to respond or feedback. I don’t want nothing. I had to add my own sauce and onions to try to make it taste decent. I threw it away.

I’m honestly done giving Café Rio the benefit of the doubt. Every time we order delivery, something is wrong or missing. It’s happened at least four or five times now. This last order was the final straw. They had a buy one get one free burrito deal, and they only sent one burrito. Between missing items and careless mistakes, it’s clear they don’t double-check orders before sending them out. Really disappointing for a place that used to be one of our favorites.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) Had lunch at Café Rio with my family, and overall, it was a great experience! I ordered a burrito with fried steak, no beans, and the habanero enchilada-style sauce, topped with queso and shredded cheese. If you’re not into spicy food, this might be too hot for you, but for those of us who love spice, it’s more of a mild warmth. Just don’t eat it too fast, or you might feel the heat a bit more! The burrito was very tasty and extremely filling. Most of the portion sizes—including the burrito, bowls, nachos, and salads—are large enough to share between two people, making it a great value for the price. The drink selection was okay—the iced tea wasn’t great, but it was drinkable, and the pop was decent. The restaurant was mostly clean, especially considering it was the lunch rus

I used to love Cafe rio, would come on a tuesday and eat 5 of those shredded beef tacos. Went to this location recently and was told they didnt have the shredded beef because they were changing the menu. The shredded beef/chicken was the only reason to go to cafe rio. Unfortunately, I can get a better sliced beef taco somewhere else for half the price. Your menu wasnt broken why the "fix"? This location made it seem like all locations weren't ruined so hopefully there is a cafe rio who hasnt destroyed their menu yet.
