Cafe Such-A-Bagel

I ordered a cappuccino, and a chicken avocado melt. With tip it cost just under $20. This place does a lot of business, so I understand things not coming out of the kitchen perfect, but I ordered a sandwich melt.... and the chicken and cheese was cold... bagel untoasted. How is that a melt? I asked why it was cold, and the service worker politely offered to heat it up. When it was returned to me, half of the bagel was microwaved, as well as the chicken and cheese. The chicken was spongy like rib meat or filler somehow. Cappuccino was on par with average and average price as well. Service was good, busy environment. Bagels are tiny and mine wasn't toasted but still lacked flavor, even as a garlic bagel. Spend your money at an actual diner or breakfast spot.

The bagels are fresh made every day and they are delicious! The have a large selection of low carb bagels, regular, cream cheeses, coffee's, drinks, tables inside and outside. It's a nice, friendly atmosphere. I love it here!

Please avoid this cafe is you can, I was standing there for 6 minutes waiting to be served. They will only serve upcoming customers and I was ignored. I went to the Smithfield location and the experience was the same. Do not recommend and I will no longer be a paying customer.

Had a lox sandwich as my reward for suffering through a license renewal next door. Delicious! Honestly one of the best I have had, with capers and tomato, and served open face which makes it easier to eat. Not too much or too little cream cheese. Friendly service.

Also bagel Express is much better and it's right down the road.Wow I tried to make an order for a bagel to go I was literally just in the next parking lot and they said sorry we don't make orders to go over the phone. Are you really that scared of losing on a bagel one bagel and cream cheese give me a break and provide decent customer service.
