okay. let’s get my day started, today i had a mind boggling, truly unfathomable experience my mind is twisting just thinking about it. the moment i walked in choked from the smoke, do i mean that literally? YES. i walk in and a plume, NO! a WALL of smoke engulfs me immediately i can’t breathe, a fish out of water in my natural environment. while gasping for air i try to navigate to the line as a thunder of welcomes are aimed at me like missles. I have never experienced such a phenomenal welcome not just by the smoke but by the people like 7/5 ish stars. As i overwhelmingly stumble to the line i contemplate the extraordinary options of the extremely brighten menus. As my dilated pupils are struggling to see the heaven-like light of a screen, i journey to find the brisket grilled cheese. I h

I want to preface it was a decent experience overall and everyone was so friendly. I had almost the whole roll dipping in my soup and then there was mold on the bottom of the roll 🫩. See the food was delicous, but imma be sick not only thinking about the moldy roll but on top of that gonna be sick. Great atmosphere and service but stuff like that has gotta be caught because I'm not trying to have food poisoning. I let the staff know and they were concerned so that's a plus. Things happen with fresh stuff for sure just wanted to leave the review for transparency.

Came for lunch today and had absolutely the best service I’ve ever had at a Zupas! They were slammed with in person and to-go orders. I still felt as if I was important to each team member. Everyone was so kind and even with as busy as they were I still got my food in a very timely manner. The team members were treating their coworkers with respect and helping each other out. You can tell this team values each other! Thank you for the wonderful lunch experience.

Dine in was pretty busy but the line moved smoothly. The young woman offered a taste of the roasted chicken that is in the Mediterranean bowl that she recommended. I love it when people recommend a personal favorite. The bite of the arugula paired nicely with the hummus, the cucumbers are the perfect brightness and bite sized. I went with a tried and true Wisconsin cauliflower soup with the onion strings. This is keto friendly if you're curious. Chocolate mousse pie was decadent and just the right amount of chocolate.

Pretty disappointed in my visit here. Food was good as usual but man was this place messy. There were around 5 tables that needed to be bussed and the table I sat at wasn't wiped down very well. The floor was also pretty messy as well. See my pictures. It was weird when I ordered my food because I ordered it for dine in, but they initially served it to me to go. I told them I got it for dine in and they still gave it to me in a disposable bowl? I guess all their bowls were dirty or something? I've no idea. I guess I should've got my food to go with how messy the place was. They did start to bus tables as I left, but seemed like they could have earlier as it seemed like they had extra behind the counter people they had when I arrived.
