We got the Dubai chocolate strawberries and they were so good! The savory and sweet taste was so good. It was a little pricy though.

I can recall 4 or 5 online orders at this location and not one of them have been done within 15 minutes of the pick up time. I keep forgetting and do online orders here. Today it was 33 minutes late. I understand that it is a busy day but I could have gone through that line three times by the time I got my order. I strongly recommend to never do an online order here. The food is good though.

So yummy, you can’t go wrong with what you get. The two for one deal is amazing.

We just celebrated our son’s and daughter in law’s wedding and Zuppa’s catered our luncheon. They went above and beyond while we were ordering at the store. It has to be done with the App, but they sat down with us and guided us. Any exception we needed they took note of and made it happen. They delivered right on time. The soups were warm and everything was delicious! We were glad we ordered the chocolate covered strawberries and the infused drinks. It was just perfect. As soon as the ceremony ended we brought out the salads, sandwiches, chips, soups and strawberries. Everything was labeled. So, it was easy to refill. Their suggestions were spot on. And we just got a call today from Alisa. She was following up on us knowing how to use our rewards points. Incredible service!

Placed an online order for pickup at 11:30am. By 12:10pm, it was still not done and I had to keep asking them but they just kept saying what place it was in line. They looked confused and it was chaos. Sad thing is it wasn’t even that busy. Management needs to seriously work on training their employees to work and communicate. Ended up cancelling the order but I still haven’t gotten a refund. Won’t go back for a long time, if ever.
