Cafe Zupas

We are from our of state and heard good things about Zupas but our experince was HORRIBLE. I found a fingernail in my cup of soup which when I brought it up to the workers, specifically trying to avoid making a big deal in front of other customers, they mimimized my concern and didnt even offer to comp my food. While things happen, their response was not on par with a company that cares about the safety of customers or those that have a bad experince. Do not spend your money at this location.

Visited here with my 2 daughters. .y first visit to any Zupas. The Turkey Cranberry sandwich was outstanding. My soup was tasty but I would have preferred a hotter temperature. The drink bar alo e is worth stopping here. So many yummy non soda options. The little cookie was just the right amount of sweet to end our meal.

I got a salad and sandwich to go and didn’t realize until I got to work that most of lettuce on my salad was old and gross 🤢. On top of that they only added three tiny pieces of chicken to it. The service is good, but the quality of the food was disappointing.

We've made two cross-country trips within the last 7 months and we almost make sure to stop in South Lake, Utah! This place has the best lunch and mid-day pick-me-up ❤️ I wish I stayed near the area, I would eat here everyday if I could. The veggies are fresh, the servers are nice and patient and the soup is delectable. We have to place two orders; one to eat in the restaurant and one to eat on the road. We miss it whenever we leave, because you can't find quality food like this place. Prices are affordable and the combos are amazing. With love, from California.

I am amazed at how Zupas continues to decline in what they offer for food. When they first opened they could indeed call themselves a health food store. No longer. My chicken salad included about 1/2 tablespoon of chopped chicken with a large mound of lettuce. Up until recently they offered alternative drinks to coke, but no more. Since they never offered iced tea, these alternative drinks were appreciated. The only reason the overall rating is as high as it is is due to the folks who work here. Friendly and quick. Too bad, if this continues to go downhill, I expect the read about closings. Sorry to see this, was a good place once.
