Had an amazing experience here they make good food and smoothies and also there milkshakes are out of this world. I recommended my coworkers and they loved it. They have an amazing atmosphere and great staff and it’s very clean and organized. There’s salads are 10/10.

I’m writing to share a very disappointing experience I had at your location on Saturday, October 18 around 12:40 PM. I went to buy a Cuban panini, and the cashier — a Spanish-speaking woman — was extremely rude to me. After waiting a long time for my order, I politely asked if my panini was ready. Instead of answering kindly, she replied with a bad attitude, saying I had to wait or that I could take it cold. I noticed she already had my panini sitting on the back table, but she still made me wait for no reason. When she finally gave me the panini, she threw it into the bag, didn’t close it properly, and didn’t even hand it to me directly. I had already paid, otherwise I would have left. This experience was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I hope management addresses this behavior, as

The costumer service is terrible. I was the first person on arriving but the last on leaving. I literally just ordered an Açaí Banana Bowl, and a tall man took the order and more people wanted to order so he started to take everyone’s order on the food section. Everyone got their food but me and every single time he was going to start doing my bowl, someone appeared and he would assist them, taking off one glove. Now I don’t even know if he put the other glove on when he was doing my bowl and taking an order at the same time; which I think it’s very unpleasant. About the food, the bowl is tiny and it’s not worthy to pay 12 dollars for it. I don’t know if I am ever coming back
