Caffeineicide

We live near the stand and have been curious for a while. We saw the stellar reviews and decided to try it…The wonderful reviews DON’T do it justice. Their coffee and matcha is SO GOOD we actually CAME BACK for seconds. I’ve been a bit obsessed with artisan coffee since 2015, I’ve seen the come and go of third wave coffee shops and roasters, and I remember the early days when baristas would really put in intention and care to make you a proper cup of coffee that would then be the center point of your consumption experience. I feel that has been lost in the last several years, especially in LA. Caffeineicide brought me back to those early days, the intention, care, and quality is at another level. Not just five stars—more than that. Their service is truly wonderful. While I was waiting in the heat, they brought me water and even gave me one of their shop’s T-shirts. It’s such a cute T-shirt. Their kindness made me feel motivated to get through the day. It seemed like they have many regular customers, and some people were chatting with the manager like old friends. I will definitely become a regular too. Thank you for making my day brighter with your smiles.

Was a barista for an while and have tried every coffee shop in highland park. Hands down the best vanilla latte in highland park! Was perfect temp, smooth foam and not too sweet. I had their espresso the first time I went it was just as delicious. Every one was nice and the bbq spot next door is very tasty. Drank it before I could take a pic but here is proof. Maybe have a coffee and ribs for breakfast.

My favorite coffee spot in LA! The vanilla espresso with oak milk; INCREDIBLE! The chai, perfection. The espresso alone, can have it all day; literally. If they weren’t 20-minutes opposite my commute, I’d be there each day they’re open, so I try making the stop each weekend. Bonus, the owner is super chill and a great guy to chat with.

I love Caffeinecide!! I have gotten both the Matcha and the Masala Chai and they are the hands down the best Matcha + Chai I have ever had. I will be a regular customer. The two individuals who run this coffee pop up are very friendly and clearly hard workers. Your work has paid off, well done!!
