Caffè Nero

Very cool coffee shop that just has a really great atmosphere and decor. Great place to sit and study for work or just hang out. You drip and fancy coffees are all really good. The only downside for me is the breakfast sandwich has onions in it that just don't work.

Coffee and service were great! Super busy on a weekend, as in no seating available so I had to get my coffee to go. But great place, if you can get there and find a seat.

This review is for my first visit to Caffe Nero in Concord. I had a chai latte and my friend had a double espresso and a croissant. The latte was well made, not too sweet and just the right spiciness. The seating area was warm and comfortable and all the patrons seemed to be having a great time. It's a great meeting place.

I always come here with my Husband after my infusion. I love that atmosphere; however, if you have sensory stuff definitely want headphones. The staff is always patient and kind. The food is delicious, hi carb. They have deals often and an app to earn free drinks.

0 service. Not informed there was whipped cream in our latte. When we said we didn’t want whipped cream, they scooped it out of our drink and carelessly poured extra milk and served the messy cup as is. The latte was room temp. Horrible service
